Dar Zouar, which can be translated as "house of guests" is a beautiful riad restored in 2001 with much respect of the Moroccan tradition.

Our house is located at the end of a quiet street in the old Sidi Belabbass, only 5 minutes from the Djemaa el Fna.

Charm of the medina, a quiet neighborhood, and a comfortable combination of local style with today's needs all make Dar Zouar perfect for those seeking an authentic and friendly atmosphere.

Add to that a warm welcome and hearty breakfasts served in the lounge or in the pleasant patio, and you will have  an unforgettable memory of your stay in Morocco. In winter, you can even enjoy the crackling fire in the fireplace in the lounge.

Location: in the famous Medina of Marrakech in the heart of Bab Taghzout only 5 minutes from Jemaa El Fna and accessible by a small bus or taxi (station near the house).

The ground floor: The charming patio connects a lounge dining room with fireplace and two bedrooms (one with a fireplace) equipped with private bathrooms. There is also a kitchen where our staff person creates delicious, simmering Moroccan meals.

The second floor is divided into three rooms, one of which has a fireplace. All are equipped with private bathrooms.

On the top floor, the roof of the house, a very pleasant terrace is available for relaxing.

Marrocan surprise!

we have really enjoyed our stay in Marrakech and especially our stay In Dar Zouar. We had a nice room with a fireplace and a comfortable bath room. We enjoyed sunbathing at the roof terrace and the relaxing noise of the birds. We appreciated the high service level of the owner and his staff! We recommend this riad to anyone, who want to experience the Marrocan life and to relax.
